A customer in the 85295 area code called about a garage door sensor issue they were having. Their garage door was malfunctioning and would begin to close and then suddenly open again.
After arriving on location and conducting some troubleshooting, we discovered that the issue simply required Liftmaster sensor replacement and put the customer’s mind at ease. After replacing the sensor, we spoke with the customer about strategies to avoid damaging the sensor moving forward.
